There will be a volunteer meeting at 6:45pm Friday night. If you’re volunteering as a Table Group Leader, you’ll meet with the staff leading your Concentration after that.

Table Group Leaders don’t have responsibilities after 6pm Saturday, but you’re welcome to join us for anything after that time if you’d like!

About two weeks before Greek Conference, our team will assign volunteer roles based on your availability and our needs. Then the staff responsible for your area of volunteering will reach out with more details about your role.

If you’re staying at the hotel, you can opt for shared double room or a single room at the hotel. If you’d like us to help assign you a roommate, we’re happy to pair you with another volunteer of the same gender.

If you’re planning to stay with friends who are still students, please indicate that on your registration form.

We’ll provide dinner Friday night for volunteers helping with registration. Otherwise, please eat before arriving on Friday.

Saturday’s banquet dinner is optional - you can opt in or out on your registration form.

All other meals are on your own.
